TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   Proposals in sealed envelopes along with the profile of the organization should reach the undersigned latest by 28th February, 2010 at 2.00 PM.
   Costs of each activity shall be itemized and detailed.
   Costs/Rates quoted shall be valid for 2010.
   Costs shall be separately quoted for each type of activities.
   Proposal must provide details of activities conducted by the organizations during last three years.
   Profile must indicate type of organizations and their registration as a legal entity.
   Profile may also contain a certificate from banks evidencing financial soundness.
   Firm may also provide a certificate that they are neither blacklisted nor involved in any litigation.
   The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the proposals without assigning any reason.
   A bank draft amounting to Rs. 5,000 in the name of National Volunteer Movement may be submitted along with bids.
